Good morning!! I released a glorious 1.2lbs today which means that not only can I have cottage cheese but my body LOVES it!Yesterday’s Menu Breakfast: Water (Yes, I’ve decided that the Stevia just wasn’t working well for me on P2 and the thought of unsweetened hot tea is nauseating) Lunch: 1/2c Nonfat Cottage Cheese w/ 1/2 cucumber (peeled), 1 Jonagold apple, & 1 Grissini Dinner: French Onion Soup w/ 1 Orange & 1 Grissini 5+ liters of water
So, it seems, the cottage cheese experiment was a success. I absolutely LOVED it and I have a feeling that it will allow me to finish out the remainder of this round in style so to speak. With today’s release I’m only 1.8lbs away from my goal and at this rate I should hit that well before Monday but, I’m going to finish out the round through Monday as originally stated regardless. Maybe then I’ll get closer to 55lbs and I will hopefully drop another 5 in P3/P4 and I’ll actually hit my 60lb goal. THAT WOULD ROCK! I know I’m totally getting ahead of myself I’m just super excited right now. I can even eat salads with cottage cheese because it would work like a dressing… throw in some granny smith apples and call it a day. YUM! I’ll be eatting the cottage cheese again today so, we’ll see if the trend continues. I sure hope so because it was DEEEEEE-lish!
