It wasn’t as big a number as yesterday but, I’m very happy with my 0.6lb loss this morning! 🙂Yesterday’s Menu Breakfast: Water (No tea again, testing to see if I’m having a reaction to Stevia) Lunch: Chicken Tomato Basil Soup w/ 1 Jonagold Apple, & 1 Grissini Dinner: French Onion Soup w/ 1 Orange & 1 Grissini 4 liters of water
I don’t have much time this morning as I’m going in early to work because my mom is coming in from Cali today! YAY!! This will be the first time she’s seen me since I’ve dropped the total of my 47lbs. I’m so excited as she’s the one that introduced me to the protocol. 🙂 I’ll be trying something else today as I’ll be at the airport when I need to eat lunch so, I’ll be eatting one of the approved meat substitutes (cottage cheese) since I won’t be able to warm anything up. I’m hoping it doesn’t derail my losses as I would REALLY love to be able to eat something different… and the dairy would be a nice switch for sure.
