That’s right, after all my pissin’ and moanin’ yesterday, a whopping 1.8lb loss this morning putting me into the 280’s!Yesterday’s Menu Breakfast: Water (Had an early morning appointment, no time for tea) Lunch: Ground Chicken & Cabbage w/ 1 Jonagold apple & 1 Grissini Dinner: Chicken Tomato Basil Soup w/ 1 Orange & 1 Grissini 4+ liters water
So, I don’t know if it’s a happy coincidence that I just happen to drop the largest number in a week when I don’t have tea but I’m testing the theory. I don’t think that it’s in any way the tea but I’m wondering if my body doesn’t like the Stevia. I know that certain people have issues with it so, we shall see what the scale says tomorrow as I’m not having tea again this morning. I’d love to say that I’m feeling great this morning but the fact is that my husband has been up since 4:30am throwing up and thus keeping me awake since that time… I’m absolutely exhausted and I don’t do well without sleep. The worst part is that I’m working until 7:30 right now so, by the end of the day I’m going to be dead… At least I have the high from my big loss today!
