Down another 0.8lbs today. 🙂Yesterday’s Menu Breakfast: 1 Large Mug Bigelow Mint Medley Decaf Tea w/ 10 drops Clear Stevia Lunch: Chicken & Cabbage “Noodle” Soup w/ 1 Jonagold Apple & 1 Grissini Dinner: Mixed Green Salad w/ Strawberry Basil Vinaigrette & Strawberries & 1 Grissini (I forgot my chicken) 4+ liters of water
I don’t want to be up and moving this quickly this morning. I’m feeling a bit dizzy from all the running around and I don’t have much time to write because we’re taking the puppy into the vet to get her rabbies shot and weigh her for her new heartworm meds. I had a ton of really bad dreams last night revolving around the dog and eatting so I don’t feel really rested this morning which is never a good feeling. I have a feeling that I didn’t lose as much as I should have because I forgot my chicken when I packed my dinner last night leaving only the strawberries, greens and dressing as my dinner. Today will be a huge testament to my willpower because I will be attending a potluck at which I can’t eat at all… my lunch isn’t until 3pm and the potluck is at 11… so, I’ll be sitting and watching everyone else eat… and I even brought my “famous” garlic cheesy bread, had to mix up the butter and everything, and I don’t get any… this is me pouting and TRYING not to have a bad attitude about it today.
