So, yesterday I only dropped 0.2lbs. I expected it completely because I was fairly active around the house yesterday and, I completely forgot to take my second dose of HCG until 9:30 last night… a good 6.5hours later than I normally take it… DOH!Yesterday’s Menu Breakfast: (No surprise here) 1 large mug Bigelow Mint Medley Tea w/ 10 drops Clear Stevia Lunch: Tilapia w/ Asparagus, 1 Jonagold Apple & 1 Grissini Dinner: French Onion Soup w/ 1 Jonagold Apple & 1 Grissini 4+ liters water
I was successful in my endeavor to drink more than 4 liters of water yesterday. I do think however that the fact that I drank most of it before 5pm and then not much after may have taken its effects as well. I’m just so tired of waking up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom!! That being said, I still feel more rested in the mornings. I suspect at this point that the amount of weight I’ve lost is starting to effect my sleep apnea in a positive way as well. I don’t wake myself up snoring any more… Oddly enough I have been breathing through my mouth more when I sleep though.
I’ll be on my way to the asian market soon… they have great fresh herbs at really reasonable prices as well as good produce and fresh meats so, I’m looking forward to what I may find for this week’s meals. I know that I will definitely be trying the Strawberry Vinaigrette I mentioned earlier and I found a great recipe that I want to try. I’ll be sure to post it if it comes out okay. 🙂
