R2P2D9- Water! Water! Water! (297.2)

Standard

Another day… another pound lost! It’s so exciting to step on the scale for the second day in a row and see a 2 instead of a 3 at the beginning of that number.

Yesterday’s Menu
Breakfast: 1 Large Mug Bigelow Mint Medley Tea w/ 10 drops Clear Stevia
Lunch: Chicken tender w/ Cabbage, 4 small Strawberries & 1 Grissini
Dinner: Eye of Round Steak w/ Carmelized Onions, 1 Navel Orange & 1 Grissini
4+ liters water

When I think about the fact that at the end of this round there’s the possibility that I will have lost 60lbs since starting this journey in February it blows my mind.  I realize that I still have a ways to go but it’s so awesome that I’ve had the endurance to make it through this process. I’ve started and quit so many diets that I probably couldn’t even name them all. HCG really is a miracle and I’m so grateful that I found it. If you’re reading this and you’re trying to weigh your options, I will tell you that it isn’t an easy way to lose weight. It’s fast, but not easy. PLEASE do your research, join the Yahoo group HCGDieters and make sure you’re prepared for the commitment. Also, speak to your doctor before starting. Remember that it is a Prescription drug designed to be taken under the care of a physician, you should not take it lightly. It isn’t for everyone.

That being said. One of the biggest struggles I had on the weekends in Round 1 is that I didn’t drink enough water. Because I wasn’t at work regulating how much I drank I fell behind and saw the effects on my weight loss. So, when I got up this morning I was determined to keep up my water intake and I amd 1/2 way through my 3rd liter right now. My goal this round is to continue to drink more than 4 liters of water every day. I have been keeping up with that so far and I believe it’s a good reason for the numbers I’ve seen this time around. Time to switch the laundry!

Have a great weekend all!!

About mindyp679

This is a log of my weight loss journey on HCG. I started this journey the heaviest I’ve ever been… so much so that my weight wouldn’t even register on a Weight Watchers scale. After my 2 days of loading I hit a high of 335.8lbs. I have more than 160lbs to lose to reach my goal and it will be a long time coming. Please feel free to offer encouragement and tips to help me stay motivated as I lose my way to 175! I hope this page will serve as an encouragement to others who are also on their own weight loss journey. God Bless you in your endeavors!
