Morning! Another 2lbs gone this morning bringing the total to a very exciting 9.6lbs in 3 days! You can’t see it but I’m doing a happy dance in my chair right now. 😀 The other reason I’m totally stoked is that I’m only 0.5lbs away from being UNDER 300lbs… My first personal milestone.Yesterday’s Menu Breakfast: Large Mug Bigelow Mint Medley Tea w/ 9 drops clear Stevia Lunch: Spring Green Salad w/ Chicken Tenders, Strawberries, Roasted Garlic and Mustard vinaigrette & 1 Grissini Dinner: Meatballs and Tomato Sauce w/ 1 Jonagold Apple
Last night I whipped up a trial recipe of P2 friendly Chili that I’ll be testing today for lunch. I don’t know how I hadn’t thought of it before but I was looking through some web pages yesterday and I had a “duh” moment. I’m super excited to try it out today and I’ll definitely share the recipe if I’m happy with the results. I also found another website with several salad dressing recipes because I wasn’t happy with how the roasted garlic mustard dressing turned out either. I guess I’ll have to just keep trying until I find something that works. I had an idea for a strawberry vinaigrette yesterday and I think I will definitely try that next. It would be so much easier if I could just use Balsamic *pout*. I’m not willing to upset my results for that though. Worst case I’ll just give up on the salad idea and eat other things.
